Services may be provided in English, French, Darija, or other supported languages.

2. Eligibility

• Students under the age of 18 must have parent or legal guardian consent to use our services.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for monitoring their child’s participation and use of the platform.
• By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

3. Account Registration

To access certain services, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use

BBLC is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access due to user negligence.

4. Free Session Policy

• New students may be eligible for one free introductory session.
• The free session is intended for evaluation and orientation purposes only.
• Abuse or repeated attempts to obtain multiple free sessions may result in account suspension.

5. Payments & Fees

• Paid sessions must be purchased in advance unless otherwise stated.
• Prices, packages, and promotions are subject to change.
• All payments are non-refundable once a session has been completed.
• Missed sessions without proper notice may be considered completed sessions.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.
• Emergency exceptions may be considered at our discretion.

7. Session Recordings & Transparency

• Sessions may be recorded for quality, transparency, and educational purposes.
• Parents may be granted access to session recordings for their child.
• Recordings remain the property of BBLC and may not be shared, copied, or distributed without permission.

8. Tutor Standards

• Tutors are selected based on qualifications, experience, and communication skills.
• BBLC does not guarantee academic outcomes but commits to professional and ethical instruction.
• Tutor assignments may change based on availability or student needs.

9. Referral & Reward Program

• Referral rewards are subject to specific program rules.
• Credits or earnings may be revoked if misuse, fraud, or manipulation is detected.
• Referral rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value unless stated otherwise.

10. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Disrupt or interfere with sessions
• Harass tutors, staff, or other users
• Share inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to access restricted systems or data

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, logos, videos, session recordings, and platform features are the intellectual property of BBLC.

You may not:

• Copy or reproduce materials
• Sell or redistribute content
• Use our branding without written permission

12. Limitation of Liability

BBLC is not liable for:

• Academic results or exam outcomes
• Technical interruptions beyond our control
• Internet, device, or software failures on the user’s side

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.

13. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us.

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how data is collected, stored, and protected.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts:

• For violation of these Terms
• For abusive behavior
• For misuse of services or referral programs
