Terms of Service – Bella's Bayyinah Learning Center (BBLC)

By accessing or using Bella's Bayyinah Learning Center (BBLC), you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Our Services

BBLC provides online tutoring, academic support, and educational services, including one-to-one sessions, recorded lessons, and learning resources.

2. Eligibility

Students under 18 must have parent or legal guardian consent. Parents are responsible for their child’s participation and use of the platform.

3. Accounts

Users must provide accurate information and keep login details secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Free Session

One free introductory session may be offered to new students. This session is for evaluation only and may not be repeated.

5. Payments

Paid sessions must be purchased in advance. Completed sessions are non-refundable. Missed sessions without proper notice may be charged in full.

6. Cancellations

Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may not be refunded.

7. Session Recordings

Sessions may be recorded for quality and transparency purposes. Recordings remain the property of BBLC and may not be shared without permission.

8. Conduct

Respectful behavior is required. Any abuse, disruption, or misuse of the platform may result in suspension or termination.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and recordings belong to BBLC and may not be copied, shared, or resold.

10. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee academic results and are not responsible for technical issues beyond our control.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service means acceptance of the updated Terms.
